Welcome to Get Mortgage Website ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our website-building, hosting, CRM, and related marketing services for mortgage professionals (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use our Services.
- By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not use our Services if you are subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes under the laws of the United States, Canada, or Australia.
2. The Services & Subscription Plans
- We build, host, and support a marketing website for your mortgage business and provide optional add-on services such as CRM, SEO, social media, and advertising management.
- Plans are offered as a monthly subscription ($197/month), an annual subscription ($1,200/year), or a one-time lifetime license ($3,500). A one-time $350 setup fee applies to all plans.
- No contracts on the monthly plan. The monthly subscription is month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Yearly and lifetime plans are paid up front for the applicable term. The lifetime plan covers the website service for as long as we continue to offer it, subject to these Terms.
- Your subscription includes hosting, SSL, and the dedicated support hours described on our pricing page for as long as your plan is active.
3. Refunds & Cancellation
- The one-time setup fee covers the design and build work performed to launch your site and is non-refundable once that work has begun.
- The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time; you will not be billed for the following month.
- Full details, including the 15-day post-launch customization window and the terms for yearly and lifetime plans, are set out in our Refund Policy.
- Billing errors: if you believe you have been charged twice or incorrectly, email us at support@getmortgagewebsite.com within 7 days of the transaction and we will review and, if eligible, refund the error to your original payment method.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate branding, content, and business information, and for the accuracy of any rates, programs, or claims you ask us to publish on your site.
- You are solely responsible for your own licensing, NMLS disclosures, advertising compliance, and any state or federal mortgage advertising obligations that apply to your business.
- You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before contacting leads captured through your site — including TCPA prior express consent and honoring STOP/opt-out requests for SMS and email.
- We provide the website and tools; we do not originate loans, give financial advice, or guarantee leads, traffic, rankings, or revenue.
5. Acceptable Use
When using our website or Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including mortgage advertising and consumer-protection rules.
- Publish false, misleading, or non-compliant claims about loan products, rates, or approvals.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity, or resell our Services without authorization.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for violations of this section.
6. Intellectual Property
- The underlying platform, templates, code, and design systems used to build your site remain the property of the Company or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive license to use your site while your plan is active (or, on the lifetime plan, for as long as the service is offered).
- Your own logo, brand assets, copy, and content remain yours. You grant us a license to use them solely to build, host, and support your site.
- You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our platform, templates, or design system to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific results, leads, traffic, search rankings, or revenue. Calculators and tools on the sites we build are for illustration only and are not loan offers, pre-approvals, or guarantees of terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Mortgage Website, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services.
- Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to cancel and stop using them.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction in that location.
10. Severability and Entire Agreement
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Get Mortgage Website regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
