At Get Mortgage Website, we want you to be confident in your mortgage website. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and our customization window work across our monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans.
1. One-Time Setup Fee
Every plan includes a one-time $350 setup fee. This fee covers the work we do to launch your site — installing your chosen design, applying your branding and colors, wiring up calculators and the 1003 application form, and your one-to-one onboarding call.
Because this work is performed specifically for you, the setup fee is non-refundable once the build work has begun.
2. Monthly Plan — Cancel Anytime
- The $197/month plan is month-to-month with no contract.
- You may cancel at any time. Your site stays live through the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following month.
- Monthly subscription fees already paid are not refunded on a partial-month basis.
3. 15-Day Customization Window
After your site launches, you have 15 days of free customization support to fine-tune colors, copy, and layout. We strongly encourage you to use this window to make sure the site is exactly what you want.
4. Yearly Plan
- The $1,200/year plan is paid up front for a 12-month term.
- You may cancel renewal at any time before your next annual billing date; your site remains active through the end of the paid term.
- Annual fees already paid are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error (see Section 6).
5. Lifetime Plan
- The $3,500 lifetime plan is a one-time payment to own your website with no recurring website fee.
- Because it is delivered as a built, customized website, the lifetime fee is non-refundable once your site has been built and delivered, except in the case of a billing error.
- We recommend booking a free demo and reviewing live designs before purchasing the lifetime plan.
6. Billing Errors
Refunds are available in cases of:
- Duplicate charges — you were billed twice for the same plan.
- Incorrect charges — you were billed an incorrect amount.
If you believe you have experienced a billing error, contact us at support@getmortgagewebsite.com within 7 days of the transaction. Our team will review your case, and if approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
7. What Refunds Do Not Cover
Refunds are not provided for change of mind after the build has started, failure to use the website, or dissatisfaction with features that were demonstrated before purchase. We encourage all customers to book a free demo and review live designs before purchasing.
